About Your Therapist
I've been working with individuals, couples, and families for over 12 years. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative β I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for healing.
I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and somatic approaches, always adapting to what works best for you.
Outside the therapy room, I'm a lover of long walks, strong coffee, and an embarrassingly large collection of houseplants. I bring my whole self to this work β and I hope you will too.
